1. Free Shipping, No Exceptions

We believe the price you see should be the price you pay. We offer Free Standard Shipping on every single order across Australia. GST is already included, and there are no hidden handling fees at checkout.

2. When to Expect Your Order

We work hard to balance speed with careful handling. Here is our current timeline:

  • Daily Cutoff: 2:00 PM (AEST).

  • Order Processing: We typically prep and pack your order within 1 to 2 business days.

  • On the Road: Once dispatched, your furniture will spend 5 to 8 business days in transit.

  • Total Arrival Time: You can expect your delivery within 6 to 10 business days total.

3. Tracking Your Journey

Nobody likes waiting in the dark. As soon as your order is picked up by our courier, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can follow your package’s progress directly on our Track Your Order page.

4. Important Delivery Notes

  • Physical Addresses Only: Because our items are bulky (like our bar stool sets and egg chairs), we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

  • Arrival in Parts: If you’ve ordered a set, please don’t worry if one box arrives slightly before the other. We ship them in separate reinforced packaging to prevent damage.

5. What If Something Goes Wrong?

If your item arrives with any damage from the journey, we’ve got your back. Simply email us at contact@antical.shop with a few photos of the damage within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately, as per your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
