We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note our current processing and transit times:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (AEST – Australian Eastern Standard Time).

  • Order Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 14 – 15 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 15 – 17 Business Days.

3. Currency and Taxes

All prices on antical.shop are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). As an Australian business, all listed prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress via our “Track Your Order” page or through the carrier’s tracking portal.

5. Delivery Address & Restrictions

Please ensure your delivery address is complete. Due to the size and weight of our chair products, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

6. Items Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at contact@antical.shop with photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
