At Antical, we want you to be genuinely happy with your new furniture. We know that sometimes a chair might look different in your dining room than it did on a screen, or the fit just isn’t quite what you expected. That’s why we’ve made our return process as simple and fair as possible.
Our 30-Day Decision Period
You have 30 days from the day your furniture is delivered to decide if it’s the right fit for your home. To be eligible for a return, we simply ask that the item is in the same condition you received it—unused, unassembled, and kept in its original packaging.
No Fees, No Stress
We believe you shouldn’t have to pay for a product you don’t love.

Free Return Shipping: We cover the full cost of the return labels for all Australian orders.

Zero Restocking Fees: We don’t charge “handling” or “restocking” fees. You will always receive a 100% refund of the purchase price.
How to Start a Return
We’ve cut out the complicated paperwork. Here is how it works:

Get Your Label: Our team will email you a pre-paid return shipping label within 24 hours.

Pack It Up: Securely place the item back in its original box.

Send It Back: Drop the package at the designated carrier outlet or, for our larger items, we will help you arrange a courier pickup.
Damaged or Faulty Items
While we take great care in packaging, things can occasionally happen during transit. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are fully protected. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take a couple of photos and email them to us at contact@antical.shop immediately. We will prioritize sending you a replacement or issuing a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different style or color is to return the item you have for a refund and place a new order for your preferred choice. This ensures your new furniture is reserved and shipped out to you immediately.
Getting Your Refund
Once your return arrives at our facility and is inspected, we will send you an email to confirm your refund. The money will be sent back to your original payment method automatically. We process these on our end within 10 business days, though your bank may take a few additional days to show the balance in your account.
