At Antical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new chair isn’t the perfect fit for your space, we offer a straightforward return process in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Costs & Fees

  • Return Shipping: We offer Free Return Shipping on all orders within Australia.

  • Restocking Fees: Antical does not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item.

3. How to Return Your Item

We’ve made the return process as easy as possible:

  1. Locate Your Label: A pre-paid return shipping label is included inside the original packaging of every order.

  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the chair in its original box.

  3. Attach the Label: Affix the pre-paid label to the outside of the box.

  4. Drop it Off: Take the package to the designated carrier outlet (e.g., Australia Post or our specified courier).

  5. Notify Us: Please send a quick email to contact@antical.shop with your order number to let us know the return is on its way.

4. Australian Consumer Law (Damages & Issues)

Please inspect your order upon reception. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@antical.shop with photos so we can make it right.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to process the transaction.
