2.1 Product Authenticity: We are an authorized reseller of genuine, GTIN-verified products from brands including BreadTalk, Bxgnip, GORILLA GRIP, Hom-Aid, KitchenAid, Oster, OUTWAY, OXO, PAKITNER, RICKUNCL, UHIYEE, Ultrean, Wonforic, YESTAR, and Zulay Kitchen. We do not sell counterfeit goods.

2.2 Accuracy of Information: While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site is complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Touslex is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition (see our Return Policy).

2.3 Pricing: Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such severance shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
