All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer financing, payment plans, or "Buy Now, Pay Later" options at this time.
2. Payment Security
Your financial security is our priority. We employ multiple layers of protection to ensure your payment information is handled safely:

No Sensitive Data Storage: Touslex does not store your full credit card number, CVV code, or PIN on our internal servers. Your payment details are transmitted directly to and processed by our secure, third-party payment processors.
3. Billing Authorization & Charges
Authorization Hold: When you place an order, your card issuer will place a temporary authorization hold for the total order amount. This is a standard practice to ensure funds are available. This is not a final charge.
Final Charge: The final charge to your payment method is processed only when your order has been packaged and is ready to ship, as indicated by your shipping confirmation email.
Order Total: The total amount displayed at checkout includes the subtotal of items, any applicable sales tax (based on your shipping address), and Free Shipping. There are no hidden fees.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is calculated and added in accordance with the tax laws of the State of Washington and other applicable jurisdictions.
4. Declined Payment Troubleshooting
If your payment method is declined, please check the following before trying again or using a different card:
Correct Information: Ensure the card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing ZIP code are entered correctly.
Address Verification: The billing address you provide must match the address on file with your card issuer.
Funds & Limits: Confirm your card has not reached its credit limit, has sufficient funds, and that your bank has not placed any security holds on the transaction.
International Cards: Some U.S.-issued cards may have international transaction blocks. Contact your bank to authorize the transaction if necessary.

5. Refunds
All refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
6. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to employ fraud screening tools and may request additional verification (such as a copy of a government-issued ID or a billing statement) to confirm your identity and protect against unauthorized transactions. Orders suspected of fraud may be canceled immediately.
